How you’ll make a difference:

• Contribute to projects across various stages - from concept design to construction and operation.
• Support design, project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical/site assurance activities
• Assist in developing innovative, sustainable solutions to meet diverse project challenges
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver and maintain major roadway infrastructure projects.

• Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or any related discipline.
• Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
• Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2026.
• Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
