Join us.\n The Role\nDue to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Associate Director Structural Engineer - to help lead and grow our Building Engineering team in Perth.\nThis role offers a rare chance to step into an Associate Director position within our National Building Engineering team, contributing to landmark projects across ANZ while helping to grow and shape our Perth-based team.\nHow you’ll make a difference:\nLead the delivery of complex structural and multi-disciplinary building projects across sectors including health, defence, transport, commercial, aviation and data centres throughout Australia.\nOversee structural design and end-to-end project delivery, ensuring technical quality and seamless coordination across other disciplines within AECOM.\nUtilise your local network and outstanding communication skills to strengthen existing business relationships, cultivate new client connections, and support business development ensuring to maintain a robust pipeline of structural and major building projects.\nProvide leadership and mentoring to the structural team while helping grow AECOM’s presence and capability in Perth as part of the national Building Engineering group.\n The qualities that help you thrive:\nThe following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
