Join us.\n This role will be responsible for performing the end-to-end processes of billing which includes invoice creation & credit note cancellation servicing at least one or more region.\nResponsibilities & Duties\nPerform end-to-end billing tasks in compliance with approved billing policies & procedures, accounting standards, SOX, internal controls and within the approved service level agreements.\nAssigned invoices may range from moderately complex to complex transactions.\nUpdate client billing information and instructions and billing rates.\nGather and review backup documentations for billing purposes.\nPerform revenue recalculation steps in Oracle.\nCollaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure invoices are submitted to the clients timely and accurately.\nDistribute invoices to external clients through various distribution platforms e.g. mail, email, and client portal uploads.\nRespond to inquiries and escalate issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.\nParticipate in governance meetings with Operations Team and/or clients.\nPerform varied simple periodic and ad hoc tasks assigned by the Billing Team Leader or Billing Manager.\nAddress critical issues with the guidance of Team Leader within the prescribed turn-around time.\nGather information and documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving issues within the assigned process.\nMay support Team Lead in data gathering and report generation\nAssess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues.\nPerform transition-related activities such as process training and desktop procedures creation.\nSupport selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.\nBachelor’s degree in finance & accounting or any Business-related course.\n3-4 years of relevant professional experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash.\nExcellent communications skills in both written and spoken English.\nIntermediate proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe application.\nAdvance knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures and internal controls.\nExperience working with ERP, i.e., Oracle Systems or SAP is preferred.\nPrevious experience in process migration/transition is preferred.\nExperience working in Shared Services or BPO is preferred.\n Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a varied audience and internal and external customers.
