In this role you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction projects ensuring efficient and accurate representation of building systems and components.\nDevelop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software\nCollaborate with architects engineers and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of building systems\nPerform clash detection and coordinate resolution using Navisworks or similar software\nGenerate 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models\nAssist in developing and implementing BIM standards and best practices\nProvide technical support and guidance to junior BIM technicians\nParticipate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions\nStay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends\nEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi\n\nQualifications: \nBachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field\n3-5 years of experience in BIM or a related field\nProficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; familiarity with other BIM software is a plus\nStrong 3D modeling and visualization skills\nIn-depth knowledge of construction processes and building systems\nFamiliarity with industry standards codes and best practices\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail\nStrong communication skills both verbal and written\nBIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred\nUnderstanding of architectural and engineering principles\nFamiliarity with MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) systems\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment\nWillingness to adapt to new technologies and workflows\n\nAdditional Information: \nAbout AECOM \nAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
