As a key member of our organization you will lead advanced technical work utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support complex construction projects in the region.\nSpearhead the development and implementation of BIM models for complex construction projects\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM integration\nManage and coordinate BIM-related aspects of projects including timelines and deliverables\nAnalyze and resolve technical issues related to BIM implementation\nMentor and supervise junior BIM technicians overseeing workflow and quality control\nDevelop and maintain BIM standards templates and best practices\nParticipate in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queries\nStay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends\nEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in the UAE\nLead continuous improvement initiatives for BIM processes and workflows\n\nQualifications: \nProven experience (minimum 5 years) in BIM technology and advanced technical work\nProficiency in BIM software such as Revit AutoCAD and other relevant tools\nStrong knowledge of construction processes building systems and industry standards\nExcellent 3D modeling and visualization skills\nDemonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams\nBachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field (preferred)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced collaborative environment\nFamiliarity with UAE building codes and regulations (preferred)\nWillingness to adapt to new technologies and innovative approaches in BIM\nStrong project management skills and leadership abilities\nExperience in mentoring and developing junior team members\nDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control\nAbility to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously\n\nAdditional Information: \nAbout AECOM \nAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
