• Provide dedicated management-level support to the Real Estate team during a major airport expansion and construction program
• Act as an extension of the leasing and development function, ensuring commercial objectives remain aligned with project delivery while reducing strain on core team resources.
• Serve as the single intake and coordination point for space-related requests arising from the capital program.
• Balance program requirements, operational requirements, and commercial value for current / future development optionality during construction and phasing activities.
• Improve coordination, execution, and reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Support leasing and development activities impacted by the program, including tenant relocations, temporary accommodations, and phasing strategies.
• Triage and prioritize requests based on commercial impact, operational risk, deliverability within construction sequencing.
• Act as a key day-to-day liaison between the capital project team and Real Estate, identifying and de-risking tenant disruptions and schedule impacts.
• Protect commercial value and future development optionality during construction and phasing activities.
• Act as the construction interface with tenants, including coordinating and attending project site visits in tenant spaces.
• Prepare regular updates on project milestones, key tenant agreement dates (e.g. termination notices), key risks and mitigation strategies

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:

• BA/BS + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience of commercial real estate management (ideally with aviation or major infrastructure program experience).
• Ideally landlord-side experience including tenant engagement, leasing/development commercial activities, project management.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
