AECOM is an American infrastructure consulting firm that became independent in 1990 through a management buyout from the energy group Ashland, and is now one of the largest design and engineering organisations in the world. It plans, designs and manages delivery of transport systems, water and wastewater infrastructure, buildings, environmental remediation and energy projects for public agencies and private developers across roughly one hundred and fifty countries. Headquartered in Dallas after relocating from Los Angeles, the company sold its self-perform construction and government services arms to concentrate on higher-margin professional services rather than carrying construction risk.

  • Identify, document, track, and resolve commissioning issues through comprehensive issues logs and reporting processes.
  • Access, inspect, and evaluate building equipment and Building Automation Systems (BAS) to verify proper installation and system performance.
  • Prepare commissioning observations, commissioning plans, guidance documents, progress reports, and final commissioning reports.
  • Monitor Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) activities and perform TAB verification reviews to validate system performance.
  • Attend regular commissioning team meetings, provide project status updates, and maintain project tracking information within web-enabled commissioning software.
  • Coordinate and oversee owner and operations staff training sessions to support successful facility turnover and long-term operations.
  • Conduct warranty phase walkthroughs and verify resolution of outstanding commissioning-related issues.
  • Support Guaranteed Work Orders and post-occupancy commissioning activities as required.
  • Respond to client requests and provide timely communication and project updates to the Commissioning Team Lead.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary commissioning, engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Minimum Requirements
