AECOM manages all registrations and contributions to the GPSSA (General Pension and Social Security Authority).\nJob Summary\nCreates, directs and implements integrated messaging and communications strategies and plans to reach internal and external audiences, including our employees, clients, partners and media, investors and Board of Directors, across all digital and in-person channels. Protects, promotes, and enhances AECOM’s brand and reputation, supports the organization in delivering strong results, aligns storytelling to key business priorities, elevates leadership profiles, and spotlights employees and their work to enrich the candidate and employee experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nLearns how to communicate messaging effectively inside and outside the organization using proven writing and editing skills.\nAssists in the completion of team projects and goals.\nAssists in the preparation of messaging and supports implementation of communications plans.\nBuilds general communications skills across a range of channels and tactics.\nAssists in the creation of messaging and content including website and social media, editorial, press releases, promotional materials, event materials, collateral, presentations, newsletters.\nUses organizational tools to report data from communications activities.\n Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.\nStrong written, editing, and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to create engaging content across digital and traditional communication channels.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\nInternship, university project, or extracurricular experience in communications, marketing, PR, or content creation is a plus.\n At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
