Join us.\n AECOM Tishman has an immediate need for a Project Manager in New York City.\nProvides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. \nProvides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. \nPosition has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.\nWell versed in every phase of the project life cycle including RFP submission, pre-con logistics planning, bidding and negotiation, and project closeout. \nFosters collaboration of all project stakeholders and builds lasting relationships with clients, engineers and subcontractors. \n Minimum Requirements:\nBA/BS in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management + 6 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. \nPreferred Requirements:\nOSHA 30\nExperience with NYC Building Codes.\nNYC SST active credentials.\nExperience from a larger GC is preferred.\nProficient in Procore, e-Builder, Bluebeam Revu\nExperience with bidding and negotiation, construction administration, and project closeout.\nExperience building lasting relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.\n This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.\nQualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.\nThis position is not hybrid nor remote.\nIn order to receive a security badge at the client worksite for which you are being hired to perform services, you will be required to pass the client's background, which will include, a criminal check and fingerprint screening, which will be done after you have commenced employment and is a condition of your continued employment.\nTHIS POSTING IS FOR A CURRENT VACANCY, AND AECOM TISHMAN INTENDS TO FILL THIS POSITION BY JANUARY 5th, 2027.\nAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
