Join us.\nFunctional Responsibilities:\nManages the submittal of project schedules from the contractors and consultants and undertakes critical reviews to confirm that they are accurate, realistic, and logical.\nEvaluates the schedule impact of proposed changes to the projects and/or consultancy agreements in accordance with the contract terms.\nIdentifies potential and actual project-level schedule conflicts and works with the project delivery teams to resolve them.\nMaintains client level schedules and collaborates with other schedulers to align and integrate schedule interfaces feed into the master program schedule.\nCollaborate with project teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables. \nCollects data and produces productivity analysis on manpower, labor hour, quantities requirements versus budget limitations.\nConduct regular schedule reviews with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with engineering workflows and basis construction methodology.\nKnowledgeable of planning and scheduling concepts and principles\nUnderstands CPM scheduling concepts and principles.\n Minimum Requirements:\nUniversity degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction management or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in road, highway, or municipal infrastructure projects.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n7 years of experience in road, highway, or municipal projects. Experience working on MTO projects is considered an asset.\nProficiency in Primavera P6. \nStrong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and resource management. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \nDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\n At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
