Join us.\n AECOM is seeking a Contract Manager to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.\nMajor Responsibilities:\nResponsible for managing contract administration, including all contractual communications, instructions, and variations.\nEnsure compliance with contract requirements across the program while ensuring delivery teams fully understand their contractual obligations.\nCollaborate with the Commercial Manager to develop and maintain accurate reports on contract performance.\nResponsible for assuring contract compliance across the program and ensuring that the program delivery teams understand their contractual obligations.\nWork collaboratively with the Commercial Manager to create and maintain accurate reporting on contract performance.\n Minimum Requirements:\nIn order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:\nNo less than a University Degree + 8 years of relevant experience in pre and post contract functions\nDemonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.\nPreferred Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in pre- and post-contract functions within large airport projects or similar infrastructure programs.\nSolid understanding of Canadian contract laws.\nExpertise in building construction, quantity surveying, contracts, procurement, and dispute resolution.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and coordinate large groups, including facilitating workshops.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.\n This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week\nThis is a replacement position\nAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
