Join us.\n AECOM is seeking a Construction Manager. This role will operate at cross section between multiple divisional personnel, senior leadership, program management, and key stakeholders. This position will be on site in Killeen, TX.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end management of workplace construction and renovation projects from \nconcept through occupancy.\nManage project scope, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource planning.\nCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.\nOversee tenant improvements (TI), office renovations, workplace modernization initiatives, \nand infrastructure upgrades.\nEnsure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, environmental \nrequirements, and corporate standards.\nStrategic planning of office and labs.\nManage contractor selection, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and project execution.\nMonitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve project issues \nproactively.\nTrack project budgets, approve invoices, manage change orders, and provide financial \nreporting.\nPartner with Facilities, IT, Security, EHS, HR, and business leaders to ensure successful project deliver.\n Minimum Qualifications:\nBA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with hyperscale mission critical/data center construction projects.\nPMP or similar certifications preferred.\n20 years of related experience.\nStrong understanding of quality and safety culture, regulatory compliance, assurance, and governance expectations.\nOSHA 30 certification with experience creating a strong safety culture.\n Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.\nRelocation is not available for this position.\nAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
