Join us.\n Supervise and oversee all electrical, ELV, ICT, AV, and Fire & Life Safety fit-out installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and approved technical submissions.\nReview and approve contractor shop drawings, material submittals, technical calculations, method statements, RFIs, and system architecture diagrams prior to site implementation.\nConduct on-site inspections and quality assurance audits of ELV and ICT systems, including structured cabling, fiber optics, CCTV, access control, public address, data networks, and associated infrastructure installations.\nSupervise fire alarm, voice evacuation, emergency communication, and fire and life safety system installations, verifying proper coordination with HVAC, smoke control, access control, lifts, and specialist equipment.\nManage and coordinate interfaces between base-build systems and fit-out or specialist vendor installations, identifying and resolving coordination gaps and conflicts.\nLead coordination meetings with AV, show-control, ride vendors, themed attraction specialists, and ICT contractors to ensure seamless system integration and interface alignment.\nReview and validate cause-and-effect matrices, system integration diagrams, and interface requirements documentation for accuracy and completeness.\nOversee equipment room setup, including rack layouts, cable pathways, power supplies, and network connectivity installations, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability.\nVerify all installations and systems comply with project specifications, Saudi Building Code, applicable NFPA standards, and relevant ICT standards.\nSupervise integrated testing, commissioning activities, system demonstrations, and final handover procedures, ensuring all systems perform to specification.\nProvide technical supervision and guidance to fit-out teams and contractors, maintaining quality standards and project timelines throughout the installation phase.\n**Required Qualifications:**\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited institution\nMinimum 10 years of professional experience in electrical engineering with substantial fit-out and systems integration background\nMinimum 5 years of direct experience supervising and managing ELV, ICT, AV, and Fire & Life Safety system installations on large-scale projects\nProven expertise in structured cabling, fiber optics, CCTV, access control, public address, and data network systems\nDemonstrated experience with fire alarm, voice evacuation, and emergency communication system design and installation\nStrong knowledge of Saudi Building Code, NFPA standards (NFPA 70, NFPA 72, NFPA 101), and relevant ICT standards\nProficiency in reviewing and approving technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, cause-and-effect matrices, and system integration diagrams\nHands-on experience with equipment room design, rack layouts, cable management, and power distribution systems\nProven track record in coordinating interfaces between base-build and fit-out systems, with experience resolving technical conflicts\nDemonstrated competency in integrated testing, commissioning, and system handover procedures\nStrong leadership and mentoring capabilities with ability to supervise and guide technical teams and contractors\n**Preferred Qualifications:**\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international engineering certification\nExperience on themed attraction, hospitality, or complex commercial projects\nFamiliarity with show-control systems and AV integration requirements\nPrevious experience coordinating with specialist vendors and ride system integrators\nKnowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and project management software\nCertification in relevant ICT or fire safety systems (e.g., BICSI, NFPA certifications)\nExperience with Saudi Arabian projects and local regulatory requirements\n**Core Competencies:**\nTechnical expertise and systems knowledge\nProject coordination and interface management\nQuality assurance and compliance verification\nLeadership and team supervision\nProblem-solving and conflict resolution\nCommunication and stakeholder management\nAttention to detail and documentation accuracy\n At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
