Join us.\n Environmental Data Management\nDevelop, maintain, and support environmental data systems including custom report creation and data quality workflows.\nExtract and transform environmental data for reporting purposes, ensuring fitness for use across project teams.\nIntegrate EDM outputs into Power BI dashboards and paginated reports, delivering reliable data pipelines from source to visualisation.\nTroubleshoot EDM configuration, data imports, and reporting issues for internal project teams.\nReporting & Dashboard Development\nBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards, including data modelling, DAX formulas for calculated columns and measures, and reporting workflow configuration.\nDevelop Paginated Reports (RDL) for structured, print-ready environmental reporting outputs.\nDesign and maintain relational data models and database structures to support reporting and workflow integration requirements.\nWorkflow Automation & Process Development\nDesign and deploy workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate for process orchestration across project and reporting workflows.\nDevelop advanced Excel automation including macros and scripting to reduce manual effort in data compilation and reporting tasks.\nIdentify digitisation opportunities across project teams and implement scalable, repeatable solutions.\nDigital Implementation & Rollout Support\nSupport the implementation and rollout of digital tools and platforms across the Environment business line, including onboarding, configuration, training material development, and hypercare.\nCollaborate with the broader digital transformation team across the Americas to share best practices and carry forward lessons learned.\nWork with project teams at inception to identify digital needs, configure appropriate tools, and establish data flow processes.\nProvide ongoing support through feedback-driven tool improvements, scope changes, and project close-out debriefs.\nWrite clear documentation and user manuals for tools and workflows.\n Required\nMinimum of two years' experience in environmental consulting, environmental data systems or related project delivery context.\nDemonstrated experience with EQuIS for environmental data management, including report development and data workflows.\nHands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and Paginated Reports (RDL).\nExperience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow or process automation.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including macro development and automation scripting.\nStrong organisational skills, results orientation, and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.\nExcellent communication skills with a consultative, service-oriented approach to internal stakeholders.\nMust be open to working fixed night shift schedule and 3 days onsite per week.\nPreferred / Advantageous\nCustom development experience using Python, C# or similar scripting/development languages for tool or integration builds.\n At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
