Join us.\n Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.\n\nDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.\n\nCoordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to align project goals.\n\nPrepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.\n\nConduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments.\n\nEnsure compliance with local and international engineering standards, codes, and regulations.\n\nSupervise and mentor junior engineers, technicians, and other team members.\n\nProvide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering challenges.\n\nFoster a collaborative and innovative work environment.\n\nOversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.\n\nConduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits.\n\nIdentify and resolve construction issues promptly.\n\nIntegrate sustainable practices and innovative solutions into project designs.\n\nEvaluate the environmental impact of projects and recommend mitigation strategies.\n\nPrepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.\n\nMaintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, and progress reports\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering\n\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.\n\nMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on design and project management.\n\nProven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.\n\nProficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or similar tools.\n\nStrong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.\n\nStrong analytical and decision-making skills.\n\n At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
