Join us.\n Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will contribute to the planning, design and delivery of ICT solutions across a range of building and infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with clients, project teams and contractors to develop practical and innovative technology solutions, from concept design through to construction support.\nYou will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced ICT, Security and Cybersecurity professionals while building your expertise across multiple technology disciplines.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead ICT and Security design packages across projects, including client engagement, requirements definition, technical solution development, design documentation, specifications, and construction-phase coordination.\nDevelop detailed ICT and communications designs, including structured cabling systems, passive communications infrastructure, and network technologies such as LAN, IT & OT environments and wireless systems.\nDevelop electronic security and technology solutions, including CCTV, Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), Type 1A Alarm systems and other Intrusion Detection Systems.\nPrepare and review technical documentation, including reports, specifications, single-line diagrams, schematics, layouts, and elevations.\nCoordinate with clients, contractors, utilities and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver integrated and fit-for-purpose technology solutions.\n We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working collaboratively with others and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.\nYou will ideally have:\nA degree in Telecommunications, ICT, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with eligibility to obtain a professional engineering accreditation.\nExperience within transport, defence, critical infrastructure or data centre projects.\nExperience designing pit and pipe, structured cabling and communications infrastructure systems.\nKnowledge of ICT network technologies including IT & OT networks, WAN and wireless systems.\nStrong technical writing, presentation and documentation skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience using Bluebeam and coordinating drafting/modelling deliverables.\nKnowledge of Australian ICT standards and industry best practice.\nExperience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:\nSecurity risk assessments and advisory services\nCybersecurity assessments and advisory services\nOperational Technology (OT) environments\nCPTED\n At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
