Grow here.\nAt AECOM, we are currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Project Manager to join our Dublin office.\nThis role is primarily site-based, with attendance on site required four days per week and one day per week available for remote working.\nWe are seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager with 7+ years' experience delivering commercial, building, and civil infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle. Working within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment, you will lead the delivery of high-profile developments from project inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.\nIn this role, you will support the delivery of a major, multi-year capital investment programme that is transforming a nationally significant infrastructure asset.\nWe encourage applications from candidates with:\nExperience working with the NEC Suite of Contracts in a client, contractor, or subcontractor role.\nExperience delivering projects within the aviation sector or other similarly constrained or operationally complex environments.\nExperience delivering major projects across any infrastructure sector.\nWhat you’ll do\nProgramme Requirements, Standards & Performance\nOversee and monitor project delivery across all key areas including schedule, interfaces, cost, variations, contracts, and risk, coordinating with relevant team members and functional stakeholders as required.\nDevelop and maintain the Project Execution Plan, ensuring the project is aligned with and delivered in accordance with the Contracting Entity’s standards, governance, and delivery methodologies.\nEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with the Airport Transformation Manager, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.\nTeam Management\nLead and manage a team of Project Managers, each responsible for the successful delivery of one or more projects within the programme portfolio.\nOversee the day-to-day activities of the Project Managers, ensuring appropriate project management methodologies, controls, and performance measures are implemented to achieve delivery against cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.\nDevelop, maintain, and monitor detailed resource plans to support the effective delivery of projects under the Senior Project Manager’s responsibility.\nProvide technical, commercial, and contractual guidance to Project Managers in the execution of their day-to-day responsibilities.\nBe accountable for the preparation and presentation of performance reports across all projects within the assigned portfolio.\nCollaborate closely with the Programme Director to identify, escalate, and resolve issues arising during project delivery.\nProject Management Activities\nLead the overall coordination of projects, ensuring all interfaces are identified, managed, and addressed throughout each stage of the project lifecycle.\nMaintain and manage the Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed (RACI) task tracker to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.\nCoordinate with technical teams in the management of design consultants and other external service providers to ensure delivery requirements are achieved.\nOrganise and chair design review meetings, and communicate formal design acceptance to the Contractor as appropriate.\nEnsure all relevant project team members and stakeholders are informed of design changes and potential impacts on project delivery.\nPrepare and issue monthly reports detailing project activities and progress throughout the lifecycle, including construction activities during the delivery phase.\nMaintain and regularly update the overall project risk register, ensuring risks are reviewed and discussed at monthly progress meetings.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in project management procedures, templates, and delivery practices, escalating recommendations to the appropriate line manager.\nMonitor project performance and apply appropriate performance management techniques to support successful project outcomes.\nManage the project change control process, ensuring all changes are properly assessed, approved, documented, and communicated.\nManage the flow of project information between the project team and the client through regular meetings, reporting, and formal written communications.\n Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?\nWe are seeking a highly experienced professional with a proven track record across our core infrastructure markets, spanning all infrastructure sectors, including aviation.\nAs the successful candidate, you will bring the following qualifications and experience:\nMinimum of 7 years’ experience within the construction and infrastructure sector, including involvement in aviation and/or other comparable projects of similar scale and complexity.\nStrong understanding of working within a regulated environment , with due consideration for operational, safety, and stakeholder requirements.\nDemonstrated site-based project delivery experience, with a practical understanding of on-site construction management activities in addition to office-based responsibilities.\nProven experience in developing and documenting construction project management best practices, policies, procedures, and delivery standards.\nEstablished track record of successfully delivering construction and asset delivery projects on schedule and within approved budget parameters.\nExperience acting in the role of a client-side Project Manager, managing delivery on behalf of the contracting or asset-owning organisation.\nStrong stakeholder management capability, with experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all organisational levels to support process improvement and effective project delivery.\nAbility to govern and drive outcomes to ensure project outputs that meet required standards\nPrevious experience using the NEC Suite of contracts as a client, contractor or subcontractor.\nPrevious experience in an Aviation setting or similarly constrainted environment\n Interested
