Join us.\n Job Summary\nAECOM is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor major project located in Dubai.\nJob Duties\nPerform survey work under the direction and guidance of the Senior Highway Surveyor.\nEstablish primary horizontal and vertical control points including reference ties for re-establishing the points in the field\nRecord all measurements, rod readings and calculations neatly and accurately in field books as the work progresses.\nCoordinate with the Contractor’s surveyor on work priorities and schedules.\nCheck all work by completing traverse closures and bench circuits.\nReport discrepancies or technical problems to the Assistant Resident Engineer.\nPerform joint measurements of the completed work or payment\nMaintain equipment in proper condition and perform frequent calibration checks.\nSpecific Skills Required\nStrong Construction supervision experiences on expressways projects.\nWell experienced in the construction of interchanges / intersections.\nAbility to utilize modern computer software and survey equipment\nQualification\nRelevant university or college qualification (Min 7 Years of Diploma in Civil or Survey)\nRTA/ DM Approval is preferred\nExperience\nWork experience of not less than 10 years in construction and/or supervision\nMust also have knowledge of existing networks in the Emirate of Dubai\n At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
