Join us.\n Design Development\nUnderstanding the utility requirements for Process Mechanical Packages from TUM. \nDevelop the Equipment layout for Process Exhaust, Process Vacuum, Compressor & PCW system. \nCalculate system flow, pressure requirement. \nDevelop the piping layout, Ducting layout. \nPrepare and review PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs, system schematics, equipment layouts, and mechanical specifications. \nPerform equipment sizing and selection for pumps, ID FANS, scrubbers, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks, and piping & Ducting system. \nConduct the Hydraulic calculation for the different streams. \nCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (process, mechanical, electrical, CSA, automation) to ensure alignment across design deliverables. \nCompliance & Standards:\nCo-ordinate with Client, Vendor for the design development. \nHaving knowledge of ASME/API/SEMI/CPCB/Other regulatory standards. \nEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures. \nReview vendor drawings, datasheets, and technical documents. \nCollaboration & Coordination:\nWork closely with architects, MEP engineers, and facility planners for efficient utility layout designs. \nInterface with HVAC, electrical, and process utility teams for coordinated execution \nProvide technical guidance to junior engineers and support training initiatives. \nProject Documentation:\nUnderstanding the utility requirements from TUM and prepare technical \nPiping Layouts / Piping Distribution, Isometric Drawing preparation, BOQ generations. \nProcess inputs for Control Logics. \nSoftware Knowledge\nExperience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pipe flow, Pipenet similar tools \nHaving hands-on experience with BIM,NAVIS WORK \nKnowledge of ACC -Audo desk Cloud portal. \n At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
