Join us.\n AECOM is actively seeking a talented Midstream Project Manager for immediate remote employment to augment our team in supporting a diversity of clients from the private sector, federal, utilities, municipalities, and developers to deliver leading edge midstream infrastructure.\nThe Midstream Project Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nManage midstream conceptual studies and detailed design projects across gathering, transportation, storage, and processing assets in coordination with our dedicated technical teams.\nProfit and loss responsibility for projects.\nPrimary interface with clients.\nSeller/doer approach to program execution.\nResponsible for change management for projects.\nMake decisions with general understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve results and deadlines.\nSkills and Competencies:\nStrong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and financial oversight.\nProficiency with project management software tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.\nValid driver’s license and willingness to travel to field locations as needed (typically 10-20%).\n Minimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related degree and 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.\nProven track record managing midstream projects focused on pipelines, compressor stations, gas processing, LNG/NGL storage or terminal development from initiation through execution and closeout.\nPreferred Qualifications\n10+ years of experience\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory compliance in the execution of projects across the midstream value chain.\nFamiliarity with pipeline and pipeline compressor station engineering principles, construction methodologies. Standards, safety regulations (e.g., DOT, PHMSA), and environmental compliance.\nExperience with budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.\nUnderstanding and experience managing third party survey and specialty subcontractors as required.\nUnderstanding and experience managing third party right of way acquisition subcontractors.\nCoordination with pipeline engineering, mapping, and GIS staff.\nExperience with terminal facility planning and design for the receipt, storage, transfer and distribution of hydrocarbons or other bulk commodities.\n Relocation is not available for this position.\nSponsorship is not available for this position.\nSome travel will be required\nAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
