Join us.\n Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline, recovery, and revised programs) using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software, ensuring compliance with RTA specifications and standard work breakdown structures.\nMonitor project progress against approved baselines, identify delays and critical path impacts, and perform schedule risk analysis and time impact analysis in accordance with contract requirements.\nCoordinate planning activities in line with RTA approval procedures, including interim milestones, traffic staging, sectional handover requirements, and integration of authority approvals (NOCs, permits, traffic diversion approvals).\nReview and assess contractors' programs, planning submissions, and method statements against RTA contractual milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), and phasing requirements.\nPrepare master schedules, look-ahead programs, and weekly/monthly progress reports in coordination with project teams and stakeholders.\nPrepare and evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims, substantiating delays with proper planning narratives and supporting evidence.\nDevelop recovery and mitigation plans to address delayed activities, track procurement and long-lead items, and identify potential bottlenecks to ensure schedule compliance.\nConduct weekly and monthly planning meetings with stakeholders, coordinate across construction, procurement, design, and commercial teams, and provide planning inputs to support Project Manager decision-making.\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field\nMinimum of 7 -12 years of experience in planning engineering\nProfessional Engineering (PE) certification\n Proficiency in planning software, such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nExperience in transportation projects is preferred\nUnderstanding of planning frameworks and collaboration processes\nProject management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams\nKnowledge of local regulations and standards in Dubai\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nMandatory expereince of minimum 3 -5 years in UAE is preferred to apply for this role\nAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
