You will report to the Team lead and work as individual contributor with developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Your primary focus will be building Canvas Power Apps and Power BI reports according to defined standards, working together with Power Platform Lead to demonstrate the art of the possible and elevate the adoption of Power Platform solutions.\nTo ensure success as the Power Apps Developer, you should have a strong working knowledge of Power Platform and all the related elements including Canvas Power Apps, Model-Driven Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Portals, SharePoint online, and Microsoft 365 services.\nThis position will be based out of our office in Bengaluru, India and will offer a hybrid work arrangement.\nResponsibilities\nWe are looking for ambitious, self-motivated Power Apps Developer to work on a variety of tasks and projects. The successful candidate shall be able to work in a team and independently without losing initiative & focus. Areas of work include:\nBuild Canvas Power Apps and Model-Driven Power Apps to meet requirements of clients and business\nDesign & implement Dataverse databases and Sharepoint list within the Power Platform\nBuild data models harnessing Power BI with insightful visualization layer on top\nSupport team and organisation in growing capability with Power Platform\nIdentify and solve business problems with the Power Platform and low code / no code solutioning\nUtilize problem-solving skills to understand and troubleshoot established Power Platform solutions as challenges arise\nSupport and work together with wider digital organisation such as Data Analysts and Data Scientists to provide holistic digital solutions\nCollect and evaluate requirements from users, and stakeholders for solution development\nIllustrate delivery cadence through regular engagement with end stakeholders, both internally and externally\nWork with our UX Designer and Power Platform Lead to ensure best in class solution development\nDesign solutions both independently and with UX Designer\nBe able to provide estimates for pipeline work\nBuild Flows within Power Automate\nBuild external-facing portals using Power Portals\nIncorporating feedback into your development process\nTesting work against the requirements and acceptance criteria\nExperience with SPFx development is added advantage.\n MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree or MCA\n5-8 years’ of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies\nDetail orientated, demonstrate pro-active approach\nStrong communication skills both spoken & written\nStrong time management skills\nComfortable in a client facing and consulting environment\nHands on experience delivering with the Microsoft M365 & Power Platform\nExperience in building solutions that utilise the Dataverse and (or) SQL database or demonstrate normalised database design\nBasic knowledge of SQL\nExperience in designing & developing Canvas Power Apps and Model-Driven Power Apps\nAbility to reverse engineer existing Power Platform solutions in order to support, improve or re-use modules and components\nExperience in structuring PowerBI data models, building reports and dashboard\nExperience in building workflows, processes, and approvals using Power Automate\nAbility to conduct work remotely\nShow a keenness to learn, stay up to date with evolving Power Platform offerings and be exposed to a variety of problems, clients, and technologies\nExperience working with different types of API including OAuth\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nA portfolio & history of previous Power Platform/web development work\nExposure to Azure services\nExperience and knowledge of basic coding languages including Python, C#, HTML5, and JavaScript\nExperience working with different types of API including OAuth\n At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
