This role is suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys problem-solving, mentoring others, and seeing projects through from early design to construction.\nOur team provides civil engineering services to developers, housebuilders, local authorities, and major clients across Ireland and the U.K. We work across all stages of a project, from feasibility and planning to detailed design and construction, covering drainage, highways, flood risk, and water infrastructure.\nThe team has a strong focus on technical quality, collaboration, and mentoring, with an emphasis on practical engineering solutions.\nHere’s what you’ll do:\nLead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects from feasibility and planning through to construction.\nAct as a technical lead on projects, providing guidance and support to junior engineers.\nWork directly with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, buildable solutions.\nTake ownership of technical quality, programme, and coordination on assigned projects.\nCome grow with us:\nAnd let's not forget about the perks at AECOM.
