Join us.\n AECOM is seeking a Program Controls Senior Scheduler for a critical leadership role supporting complex, multi-project programs. This position is essential to ensuring schedule integrity, alignment, and delivery across programs where precision, foresight, and strong leadership directly impact outcomes.\nIn this role, you will lead scheduling efforts across medium to large-scale programs, integrating multiple project schedules into a cohesive program framework while managing interdependencies, risks, and resource alignment. You will partner closely with project managers and senior leadership to guide strategic decisions, provide authoritative scheduling oversight, and ensure program objectives are met from early estimating through construction and closeout.\nThe Program Controls Senior Scheduler will be entrusted with the following critical responsibilities:\nOversee and execute scheduling-related activities for medium to large-scale programs with meticulous attention to detail.\nSpearhead scheduling efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuring strict alignment with overall program objectives and seamlessly integrating project schedules into a comprehensive program schedule.\nIdentify, develop, and correlate program schedule activities with associated program plans.\nProvide periodic updates and documentation to Program Management.\nConduct thorough analysis to identify and address interdependencies between projects, proactively mitigating risks and resolving conflicts to maintain program integrity.\nEngage in strategic collaboration with project managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization, critical to program success.\nMaintain close working relationships with senior leadership to define and refine program-level objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.\nProvide authoritative scheduling guidance and rigorous oversight to project controls teams, ensuring effective management of individual project elements and overall program cohesion.\nImplement and continuously monitor risk mitigation strategies, conducting regular evaluations to ensure their effectiveness and adjust as necessary.\nFacilitate clear, concise, and timely communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are fully informed of critical program developments.\nDeliver comprehensive and analytical updates to senior leadership on program progress, challenges, and achievements, providing strategic insights for decision-making.\n Minimum Requirements:\nBA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.\nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience with schedule evolution from estimating through design - construction - closeout including changes.\nExperience with schedule management on transportation, water or infrastructure programs. \nExperience on review/development of Time Impact Analysis is preferable.\nCandidate should have experience in reviewing Contractor's Baseline / Update / TIA schedules.\nCandidate should have experience in developing Construction Schedule.\n Sponsorship assistance is not available for this position now or in the future.\nRelocation assistance is not available for this position now or in the future. \nTHIS POSTING IS FOR A CURRENT VACANCY, AND AECOM INTENDS TO FILL THIS POSITION BY JANUARY 31, 2027.\nAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
