Join us.\n AECOM is seeking a Program Reporting Analyst - Airport Project to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.\nMajor Responsibilities: \nCreates regular and ad hoc reports from concept to completion and uses insight to identify the best format and data interpretation to present and communicate to internal and external stakeholders.\nIdentifies data needs to develop high-value, actionable reporting and develops processes for identifying and accessing relevant data essential to the development and deployment of analytical reports.\nTracks and analyzes data to identify program and project risks and trends against established KPIs and regularly reports results.\nDevelops reports based on accurate financial and project information and analyzes information to flag potential challenges within the capital program.\nMinimum Requirements:\nIn order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:\nUniversity Degree in Engineering, Analytics or related field + 4 years of experience working with data. \nDemonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.\nPreferred Requirements:\nExpertise in data collection and management techniques, specializing in developing and interpreting data to define requirements, extract insights, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations.\nExperience with data quality assurance processes, methodologies, and tools, including testing and implementation practices to ensure data integrity and identify inefficiencies.\nProficient in industry-standard reporting tools, such as Power BI.\nSolid understanding of program control disciplines, including schedule, cost, risk, and scope management, along with the associated performance metrics.\nFamiliar with performance measurement techniques, including Earned Value Management (EVM).\n This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.\nThis is a replacement position.\nAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
