Join us.\n Job responsibilities:\nSupports moderately complex project(s), working under general supervision.\nPrepares various financial reports and provides analysis and recommendations based on findings.\nRequires a proven ability to apply professional concepts in a productive, consistent manner. Maintains records according to generally accepted accounting practices.\nPerforms audits and generates special financial reports.\nProviding project accounting support across moderately complex projects.\nPreparing accurate and timely financial reports, analyses and forecasts.\nReviewing financial results and providing clear recommendations based on identified trends and findings.\nPartnering with project managers and operational stakeholders to support effective financial and commercial decision-making.\nMaintaining complete and accurate financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and internal requirements.\nMonitoring project financial performance and identifying potential risks, issues and opportunities.\nPerforming financial audits and reviews to support compliance, accuracy and effective financial control.\nPreparing ad hoc and specialist financial reports to meet business requirements.\nApplying professional accounting principles and concepts in a consistent, practical and effective manner.\nIdentifying and delivering process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency and service quality.\nCollaborating extensively with operational teams and colleagues across an international, matrixed organisation.\nSpecific Skills Required\n4-5 years experience of project accounting desirable, preferably in a multinational\nDemonstrable experience operating in a complex, fast paced, international business environment.\nFluent in English + another language\nStrong analytical & problem solving skills essential\nAbility to manage details but also understand the “big picture”.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nIdentifies and executes initiatives and continuous improvements.\nExtensive operations interface and collaboration\nBusiness/Accounting/Engineering Bachelors Degree.\n At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
