Join us.\n The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining cost control, and planning or scheduling functions on one or more of the larger, more complex, and more demanding projects. The role is expected to demonstrate the ability to utilize broad experience, technical expertise, and familiarity with company policies and procedures as well as exposure to various project complexity and client interactions to execute complex project controls efforts. The role will be reporting to the Project Controls Manager in Manila.\nWorks with company financial systems and processes.\nDevelops proficiency in the use of company cornerstone systems and provides cost data in formats necessary to control the project.\nUnderstands financial terminology and measures and recognizes the financial impact of various project actions.\nAssists in analyzing and using financial data to identify key project issues.\nAble to use drawings and specifications in the establishment of project baseline data\nDevelops knowledge of accounting principles.\nAssists in assembling data for trending and forecasting.\nPrepares analysis of progress trends and cost impact. May participate in reviewing and approving contractor invoices.\nHas knowledge of earned value methodology.\nCollects and analyzes data on manpower, labor hour, and labor cost requirements versus budget limitations.\nCollects and analyzes data for tracking actual cost to funding limitations.\nAssists in tracking purchase orders and subcontract commitments and expenditures.\nPossesses the knowledge of scope control and change management.\nAssists with the creation of baseline budgets.\nExposure to scheduling process concepts and principles.\nExposure to performance management and cost/schedule integration concepts and principles.\nSupports the project reporting process as required.\nParticipates in project cost review meetings.\nGathers data for procedure development.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, finance, or other associated degree\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Office tools\nMust be willing to work fixed night shifts and 3 days onsite per week\nAttributes:\nAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with a varied audience and internal and external customers.\n(Communication)\nAbility to clearly define objectives and set targets for the team that are consistent with and compliant to service delivery agreements, key performance indicators, and policies (Planning and Organizing)\nAbility to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and identifying errors, duplicates, & discrepancies through defined methods.
