Join us.\n Job Description\nThe Project Manager will manage and coordinate moderately complex projects across various stages of delivery, from project initiation and planning through execution and closeout. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, providing strong project management, coordination, client communication, and delivery oversight. This is a newly created position.\nKey responsibilities include:\nManage and coordinate moderately complex building projects through applicable phases of project delivery.\nDevelop and maintain project plans addressing scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, quality, and priorities.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams and facilitate effective communication across technical disciplines.\nMonitor project financial performance, budgets, forecasts, schedules, and project controls.\nIdentify, monitor, and address project risks, issues, and emerging delivery constraints.\nManage and document changes to project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.\nCoordinate project quality requirements and appropriate technical and project quality reviews.\nMaintain accurate and timely project documentation, records, reporting, and status updates.\nParticipate in client meetings to understand requirements, communicate project progress, and address project delivery matters.\nCoordinate with project administration, project controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating, procurement, and other supporting functions as applicable.\nSupport the coordination and development of junior team members and smaller project teams where appropriate.\nSupport effective project closeout, including completion of deliverables and required project documentation.\n Minimum Requirements\nUniversity degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or a related field + 2 (two) years of relevant experience.\nRelevant professional experience in project management or multidisciplinary project delivery.\nDemonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary architecture and/or engineering teams.\nExperience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, changes, and deliverables.\nStrong organizational and project coordination capabilities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, technical teams, and project stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing project priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP) designation or progress toward PMP certification.\nProfessional engineering, architectural, or other applicable professional designation.\nExperience working within an architecture, engineering, construction, or professional consulting environment.\nExperience delivering building projects.\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and specialty consulting teams.\nExperience with project controls, forecasting, scheduling, risk management, and change management.\nExperience communicating directly with clients and coordinating internal and external project stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, efficiency, and work quality.\n Relocation is not available for this position.\nSponsorship is not available for this position.\nAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
