Join us.\n Project Manager\nThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing complex federal projects that support enterprise modernization, civil engineering operations, real property management, data analytics, and mission support initiatives. The Project Manager oversees project execution, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery performance to ensure successful achievement of program objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead day-to-day execution of assigned projects and task orders.\nDevelop project plans, schedules, staffing plans, and performance metrics.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, financial, analytics, and technology professionals.\nManage project scope, risks, milestones, and deliverables.\nFacilitate customer meetings, project reviews, and status briefings.\nMonitor contract performance, resource utilization, and project budgets.\nEnsure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and contractual requirements.\nSupport transition planning, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n Minimum Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or related field and 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.\nMinimum 12 years supporting DHS or DoD programs, with 8 years supporting Federal Real Property, infrastructure, facilities, or engineering programs.\nDue to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship required.\nAbility to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP Certification preferred.\n8 years leading complex federal projects or organizational transformation initiatives.\n This position does not offer relocation assistance.\nSponsorship for US Employment Authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.\nAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
