Grow here.\nAt AECOM, we are currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor-Buildings to join our established and growing Cost Management team in our Dublin office.\nAs a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality cost management and commercial advice, ensuring clients achieve value for money while meeting programme, quality, and sustainability objectives.\nYou will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects, collaborating with industry-leading professionals and developing your career within a supportive and dynamic environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide cost management services throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.\nPrepare cost estimates, cost plans, and feasibility studies.\nAssist with procurement strategies and tender documentation.\nManage tender processes, analyse bids, and prepare tender reports.\nPrepare Bills of Quantities and other contract documentation where required.\nMonitor project costs and provide regular cost reporting.\nAssess variations, change control, and value engineering opportunities.\nPrepare interim valuations and final accounts.\nAdminister construction contracts in accordance with the relevant forms of contract.\nIdentify and manage commercial risks throughout project delivery.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.\nSupport senior team members in delivering complex, high-value projects.\nMentor graduate quantity surveyors where appropriate.\nProjects You'll Work On\nYou'll have the opportunity to contribute to a varied portfolio of projects including:\nAcute and community healthcare facilities\nPrimary, secondary and higher education developments\nHotels and hospitality schemes\nResidential and mixed-use developments\nPublic sector capital programmes\nPrivate developer-led projects\n Ready to push the limits of what's possible?\nHere's what we're looking for:\nAs the successful candidate, you will have experience working across a range of sectors and will possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:\nDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.\nMembership of, or working towards membership of, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or an equivalent professional body.\nExperience administering and working with RIAI and GCCC contracts\nExperience in measurement and quantification, including the use of CostX software.\nExperience in the preparation of Bills of Quantities and cost planning\n Interested in the role or curious about life at AECOM?
