We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our project team and support the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Review and evaluate interim payment applications and contractor claims.
  • Assess variations, change orders, and associated cost impacts.
  • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities, measurements, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor contractual and commercial matters in accordance with the contract.
  • Review and assess Extension of Time (EOT) and associated cost implications.
  • Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, payments, and commercial correspondence.
  • Support the preparation of commercial reports and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, Contractor, and project team on commercial matters.
  • Identify potential commercial risks and provide recommendations to the project management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in infrastructure and construction projects.
  • Good knowledge of FIDIC and construction contract administration.
  • Strong experience in variations, claims, payments, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team
