Join us.\n Manage and supervise the overall site activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and DM standards.\nAct as the main technical and contractual representative of the Consultant on site.\nLead and coordinate the supervision team, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities, Material, and other inspectors.\nMonitor contractor performance, construction progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.\nReview and approve contractor method statements, ITPs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.\nEnsure all works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and approved method statements.\nMonitor sewerage, stormwater, water supply, utility networks, and associated external works.\nCoordinate interfaces between STP process systems and civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.\nMonitor project programme, planned activities, progress, delays, and critical construction activities.\nConduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with the contractor.\nReview and manage Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), NCRs, RFIs, and technical submissions.\nEnsure proper implementation of the approved Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures.\nMonitor testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing of STP systems.\nCoordinate with DM and relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, testing, and handover requirements.\nReview contractor's interim quantities, progress claims, and supporting documentation where required.\nIdentify construction risks, site constraints, obstructions, and potential delays and recommend appropriate corrective actions.\nEnsure proper coordination of existing and proposed utilities and prevent damage to existing infrastructure.\nMonitor compliance with approved HSE requirements and ensure unsafe activities are immediately addressed.\nChair/attend technical, coordination, progress, and construction meetings.\nReview contractor’s as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, testing records, and handover documents.\nMonitor snagging, rectification, and final completion of the works.\nPrepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress and supervision reports.\nMaintain proper project records, correspondence, inspection documentation, and site records.\nCoordinate with the Project Manager, DM, contractor, consultants, designers, and other stakeholders.\nEnsure timely resolution of technical and construction issues to avoid delays to the project.\nSupport completion, taking-over, final inspection, and project handover activities.\nEnsure all works are delivered in accordance with DM requirements, contract specifications, approved drawings, and applicable standards.\nMinimum 20years of total experience in construction supervision of infrastructure projects.\nMinimum 7 years' experience as Resident Engineer on major infrastructure projects.\nExtensive experience in:Stormwater networks\nSewerage systems\nWastewater infrastructure\nPumping stations\nWater supply networks\nUtility diversions\nRoads and associated infrastructure\n\nProven Dubai Municipality project experience is mandatory.\nStrong knowledge of DM standards, specifications, and procedures.\nExperience coordinating with Dubai Municipality and utility authorities.\nPrevious experience on large-scale infrastructure projects within the UAE.\n PMP Certification.\nDM Approved Resident Engineer Accreditation.\nFIDIC Contract Management Certification.\nISO 9001 Quality Management Training.\nIOSH or NEBOSH Safety Certification.\nAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
