Join us.\n AECOM is seeking a Risk Management Analyst to support project and program risk management activities across major infrastructure and capital projects.\nThe successful candidate will work with project teams and stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, and communicate project risks and opportunities. The role requires strong analytical skills, sound professional judgement, and the ability to work independently with general direction. This is a replacement role.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development and maintenance of project risk registers and risk management processes.\nFacilitate or support risk identification, assessment, review, and mitigation workshops.\nWork with project managers, technical leads, schedulers, cost specialists, and other stakeholders.\nPerform qualitative risk assessments and support quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis, as required.\nTrack risk responses, actions, ownership, and changes in risk exposure.\nPrepare risk reports, dashboards, presentations, and other project deliverables.\nReview risk information for completeness, consistency, and quality.\nSupport continuous improvement of risk management tools, procedures, and processes.\nProvide guidance and knowledge-sharing support to junior team members.\nCoordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\n Minimum Requirements\nDegree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, business, or a related discipline + 4 (four) years of relevant experience.\nRelevant experience in project controls, project management, risk management, or a related field.\nExperience with risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working on large infrastructure, transportation, buildings, water, or other major capital projects.\nExperience with project risk registers and risk management tools.\nFamiliarity with quantitative risk analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, cost risk analysis, and/or schedule risk analysis.\nExperience with tools such as Safran Risk, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, ARM/Riskonnect, @RISK, or similar platforms.\nUnderstanding of recognized project risk management principles and practices.\nProfessional certification in project or risk management, such as PMP, PMI-RMP, AACE PRMP/DRMP, or equivalent, would be considered an asset.\nProfessional engineering licensure such as P.Eng., or eligibility for registration, would be considered an asset.\nProfessional architectural licensure such as OAA, or an equivalent architectural designation, would be considered an asset.\n Key Competencies\nTechnical and functional expertise\nIndependent judgement and problem-solving\nStakeholder communication and collaboration\nQuality and attention to detail\nContinuous improvement\nAdaptability\nTeamwork and knowledge sharing\nAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
