Join us.\n AECOM Enterprise Capabilities is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator - Digital (Data Centers) with demonstrated expertise in BIM coordination, digital delivery, and information management to support complex international data center projects. The successful candidate will lead BIM implementation, coordinate digital project delivery, oversee Common Data Environment (CDE) management, and promote BIM standards, quality, and collaboration across multidisciplinary global teams in Bogotá, Colombia.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nBIM Implementation Strategy - develop BIM Implementation strategy & deliver complex international projects\nCDE Management - establish & administer the CDE & support efficient management of multi-stakeholder projects\nProject Management - coordinate BIM execution & project delivery with project leadership\nBIM Execution - create & maintain the project’s industry framework docs: BEP, MIDP, MPDT, appendices etc\nTechnical Support - establish data integrated workflows for civils projects & provide support, guidance & training to project teams\nDigital Technology & Content Management - oversee the production of smart object content, templates & libraries in the context of the project, deploy the use of AECOM’s content management system (Autodesk Content CatalogI) onto projects and manage the best practice use of digital technology for collaboration, coordination & delivery\nQuality - establish & administer the digital quality assurance control procedures Ensure BEP (BIM Execution Plan) compliance through systematic model checks, monitor model performance against defined KPI’s and produce regular reports on compliance status and performance metrics to support project quality and efficiency.\nCollaboration - be an ambassador for a global group working with AECOM region project teams, Enterprise Capabilities office disciplines & other Enterprise Capabilities Digital departments.\n Qualifications\nMinimum Requirements:\nDegree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline.\n6+ years of industry experience in the BIM and Digital Delivery field. Must have previous formal multidiscipline BIM Manager/Coordinator role on Buildings projects.\nComprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards\nExperience managing and delivering project information on multidisciplinary Buildings projects with geographically dispersed teams\nExperience delivering BIM data from Buildings design and BIM software Revit and/or Civil 3D.\nExperience working and administering a Common Data Environment such as ACC.\nExperience executing multi-discipline coordination, clash detection and issue management and an advanced user of any of the following: Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, ACC Model Coordination.\nExperience with AIT and/or AVT.\nStrong background in technical production of 3D and 2D model deliverables for Buildings projects.\nVisual programming - preferred, working knowledge of Dynamo.\nDemonstratable a portfolio of BIM for Buildings/Data Center projects.\nInternational experience working with global project teams.\nCommunication - Fluent in English (oral and written), a team player and mentor, with exceptional interpersonal skills.\nPreferred requirements\n10+ years of industry experience in the BIM and Digital Delivery field.
