Join us.\n “Having worked over 20 years, in both consultancies and council, my experience working at AECOM has been refreshing and motivating\" - Dominique Keirens, Technical Director - Water \nCome grow with us.\nBalancing the world’s need for safe, reliable water with protecting this critical natural resource for the future requires a deep understanding of interconnected systems.\nWe work with clients across the entire project life cycle - from initial planning studies through final construction and operations and maintenance services - on both traditional and alternative project-delivery options (design-build, public-private partnerships and financing).\nWith a robust design and construction division, AECOM offers a unique perspective on designing projects that are fully constructible.\nHow you’ll make a difference\nLead the planning, coordination and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, taking responsibility for technical quality, design management, budgets and programme outcomes.\nDeliver civil design packages across roads, drainage, earthworks, pavements, site infrastructure and associated civil works from concept through to detailed design and construction support.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary project teams to manage interfaces, resolve project constraints and support successful project delivery.\nCollaborate with clients, contractors, local authorities and other key stakeholders to deliver practical and innovative engineering solutions.\nContribute to design reviews, technical verification, risk management and quality assurance activities.\nSupport project managers and technical leaders in achieving commercial, programme and client outcomes.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to proposal preparation, business development activities and mentoring junior engineers.\n The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
