Join us.\n We’re looking for experienced Project Managers to lead the planning, management and delivery of complex projects across South East Queensland.\nThis is an opportunity for a confident project management professional who understands how to take projects from inception through to completion, establishing the right delivery approach, managing project teams and ensuring successful outcomes across scope, schedule, cost and quality.\nYou’ll play a key role in delivering major projects, working closely with clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors and delivery partners to drive project performance and achieve successful outcomes.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou will provide senior project leadership, taking ownership of end-to-end project delivery and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.\nYou’ll be responsible for:\nLeading the planning, establishment and delivery of projects from inception through to completion.\n\nDeveloping and implementing project delivery strategies, management plans, governance frameworks and reporting processes.\n\nManaging project scope, programme, budget, resources, procurement and overall delivery performance.\n\nEstablishing and maintaining project controls, reporting, assurance and performance management processes.\n\nCoordinating multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors and delivery partners.\n\nManaging project interfaces, dependencies, risks, issues and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nMonitoring project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, cost control and commercial outcomes.\n\nIdentifying and managing scope changes, variations and contractual matters.\n\nBuilding strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, managing expectations and providing strategic project advice.\n\nProviding clear and meaningful project reporting, performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership and clients.\n\nIdentifying opportunities to improve project delivery, processes and commercial outcomes.\n\nLeading, mentoring and supporting project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing delivery environment.\n\n What you’ll bring\nWe’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on delivery level.\nYou’ll ideally bring:\nSignificant experience in project management or major project delivery, ideally within infrastructure, property, buildings or another complex delivery environment.\n\nProven experience leading projects from establishment and planning through to execution and completion.\n\nStrong understanding of project management fundamentals, governance and delivery methodologies.\n\nExperience managing multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors and multiple project stakeholders.\n\nStrong capability across project scope, programme, cost, risk, procurement, reporting and commercial management.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing project budgets, financial performance, forecasting and contractual matters.\n\nThe ability to balance technical and delivery detail with broader client, commercial and project objectives.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to engage with senior clients and executive stakeholders.\n\nDemonstrated leadership capability, with experience guiding project teams and driving successful project outcomes.\n\nA proactive and structured approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver complex projects in challenging environments.\n\n Why you’ll love working with us\nFlexible work arrangements, including alternative start/finish times, job-sharing, and hybrid work options.\nPurchase up to 6 weeks of additional annual leave per year.\nVolunteer and representation leave.\nFlex public holidays-swap Easter or other holidays for those that suit you better.\nReady to push the limits of what’s possible?\nWe welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including those with disabilities, additional health or mental health needs, and/or neurodiverse conditions.
