Join us.\n Senior Geotechnical Engineer\nJob Summary:\nWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have strong experience working with engineering consultancy firms and managing geotechnical investigations, analysis, design, and site activities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and oversee geotechnical engineering activities across construction and infrastructure projects.\nReview geotechnical investigations, soil reports, site investigation data, and laboratory test results.\nPerform and review geotechnical analysis and design for foundations, earthworks, slopes, retaining structures, and excavation works.\nProvide technical recommendations based on geotechnical conditions and project requirements.\nReview contractor submissions, method statements, technical reports, and design documents.\nConduct site inspections and monitor geotechnical and earthwork activities.\nCoordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines.\nIdentify and resolve geotechnical issues during design and construction stages.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and engineering standards.\nProvide technical guidance to the geotechnical engineering team and support project management.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.\nMinimum 15 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering and construction projects.\nStrong experience in geotechnical investigations, analysis, design, and site supervision.\nPrevious experience working with engineering consultancy firms is required.\nExperience in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundations, earthworks, slopes, and retaining structures.\nExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\n Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is required.\nSaudi/GCC project experience is preferred.\n Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.\n At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
