Join us.\n **Sr. Project Manager - Fit Out & Supervision**\nManages portfolio of clients with multiple fit out and supervision projects, ensuring technical excellence and engineering compliance throughout execution.\nResponsible for delivering assigned revenues from specific clients through repeat business generated by flawless project execution and superior site supervision.\nConsistently delivers planned profit margins while maintaining quality standards and engineering specifications.\nCompletes projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion, with particular attention to fit out scope and supervision requirements.\nTypically manages complex projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors), particularly those with technical and engineering complexities.\nOversees more complex clients and fit out projects, providing on-site supervision and engineering oversight to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.\nExercises decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in identifying risk and uncertainty, developing mitigation strategies specific to fit out and supervision activities.\nDirects staff to minimize exposure to claims through rigorous site supervision, quality control, and adherence to engineering standards.\nSupervises and mentors Project Managers overseeing multiple fit out projects or program portfolios, ensuring consistent technical delivery and site management excellence.\n **Required Qualifications:**\nMinimum 15 years of progressive project management experience in fit out, supervision, and construction delivery\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline\nDemonstrated expertise in managing complex fit out and supervision projects with technical and engineering complexities\nProven track record of delivering projects within planned profit margins while maintaining quality standards and engineering specifications\nStrong knowledge of building codes, design specifications, and engineering compliance requirements\nExtensive experience in on-site supervision and engineering oversight with demonstrated ability to ensure regulatory and technical adherence\nProven leadership experience mentoring and directing Project Managers across multiple project portfolios\nAdvanced risk identification and mitigation expertise, particularly with Risk Triggering Factors (RTF) in construction environments\nDemonstrated ability to minimize claims exposure through rigorous quality control and site management excellence\n**Preferred Qualifications:**\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification\nAdvanced degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration\nExperience managing large-scale client portfolios with repeat business generation\nExpertise in RTF analysis and complex project risk assessment\nBackground in both design and execution phases of fit out projects\nExperience with engineering compliance documentation and building code interpretation\n At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
