Responsibilities
- Participate in the structural design of various industrial projects.
- Ensure that all assigned projects are executed in accordance with the company’s quality management system.
- Promote an integrated and multidisciplinary design approach, collaborating across different engineering disciplines.
- Understand and address client requirements and expectations effectively.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, guidelines, and new technologies, and communicate relevant developments to your team.
- Collaborate constructively with colleagues, external partners (e.g., architects, piping and mechanical engineers), and clients to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Requirements
- You are a qualified Structural Engineer, holding a Bachelor Degree in this field ( mandatory).
- You have a minimum of 7 years of technical experience in structural engineering.
- Experience in international projects outside Romania is considered an advantage.
- You have experience coordinating projects within industrial environments.
- You have been involved in all phases of structural projects, from concept to completion.
- You are proficient in using Revit for drafting and modeling.
- You possess strong communication skills.
- You have a high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
