Join us.\n Role Overview\nAs a fresh graduate engineer, you will support project teams in the planning, design, and delivery of engineering solutions. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and contribute to multidisciplinary projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing your technical skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports.\nSupport senior engineers in the design and analysis of systems and structures.\nParticipate in site visits, inspections, and data collection activities.\nContribute to the development of project documentation and presentations.\nCoordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Architectural) to ensure integrated solutions.\nAssist in the review of project specifications and standards.\nSupport the preparation of material submittals and technical queries.\nLearn and apply relevant codes, standards, and best practices.\nAttend project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, structural engineering, or architecture.\n0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or co-op placements are a plus).\nStrong academic record and willingness to learn.\nProficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, MATLAB, etc.) is an advantage.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nAnalytical thinking and attention to detail.\nAbility to work under supervision and meet deadlines.\nAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
