Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage deployment and priorities of Solar PMC disciplines and cluster construction managers.
  • Review EPC workfront readiness, sequencing, resources, interfaces, risk controls and recovery actions across solar clusters.
  • Consolidate discipline observations into package recommendations, action trackers and escalation notes.
  • Coordinate EPC, OEM, PMC and Client site interactions for testing, energization, performance readiness and HOTO.
  • Validate package-level status before submission to PMO Solar Lead and programme controls.
  • Drive closure of high-priority constraints and punch points affecting cluster completion or COD.

Principal Client-Facing Outputs

  • Solar package weekly/monthly status report.
  • Critical constraint and escalation register.
  • Solar commissioning/HOTO readiness recommendation.

B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering); Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.

Minimum of +15 years in renewable energy, specifically in leading large-scale (250 MW+) solar PV projects, BESS, and pooling substation execution. Direct experience with mega-scale solar park designs in India is highly advantageous.

Lead day-to-day PMC oversight of the Solar EPC package and provide the single package-level interface for progress, risk, quality, HSE, testing and HOTO readiness.

Owns package PMC coordination; does not replace EPC construction management or perform detailed discipline inspections assigned to field engineers.
