Join us.\n AECOM Mississauga is hiring an o casual UX/UI Specialist to support a major infrastructure program.\nThe UX/UI Specialist will support the development of digital solutions by combining user research with UX/UI design. The role will work closely with business analysis, delivery and change management teams to understand user needs and help ensure digital solutions provide an effective user experience.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nLead qualitative and quantitative user research across the project lifecycle, including journey mapping, interviews, usability assessments and persona development.\nPlan and conduct user research engagements to understand user needs, behaviours and pain points.\nTranslate research findings and user insights into practical UX recommendations.\nCreate wireframes and low- to mid-fidelity UX/UI mockups to support business analysis and the development of digital solutions.\nCollaborate closely with delivery teams to help ensure solutions meet defined UX goals.\nCollaborate with Change Management to support change and user engagement activities.\n Minimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 6 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.\nExperience supporting digital programs and initiatives.\nPreferred Qualifications\n10+ years of experience supporting digital programs.\nExperience in both UX and UI design.\nExperience using Figma.\nExperience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.\nExperience developing journey maps, personas, wireframes and UX/UI mockups.\nExperience conducting usability assessments and translating user research into actionable insights.\nExperience working collaboratively with business analysis, delivery and change management teams.\n Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position\nThis is a newly created role\nAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
