We are proud to support projects that are committed to faster and more convenient travel, ultimately improving transportation experiences. This starts with bringing aboard the best possible team!\nWhat You'll Do Here:\nAssist in the setup, maintenance, and management of Common Data Environments (CDE) for project teams.\nSupport the creation, validation, and coordination of 3D BIM models for design, planning, and construction.\nParticipate in clash detection, issue tracking, and model quality assurance activities.\nHelp prepare and organize project documentation, including model content plans, LOD matrices, and dashboards.\nContribute to digital design validation, quantity take-off, and reporting using BIM tools.\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate information exchange and digital workflows.\nAttend and support coordination meetings, taking notes and tracking action items.\nAssist with training sessions and workshops for project teams on BIM and IDD tools and processes.\nMaintain accurate records of model revisions, approvals, and project deliverables in accordance with Aecon standards.\nSupport the integration of geospatial data, survey information, and technical drawings into federated BIM models.\nDrive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.\nWhat You Bring to the Team:\nCurrently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of BIM concepts, digital design, and construction processes.\nFamiliarity with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D) is an asset.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nEffective communication and teamwork abilities.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools and workflows.\nAbility to follow established standards, procedures, and best practices.\nInterest in digital innovation and continuous improvement in construction.\nBe a champion of inclusion and diversity.\nReason for Vacancy: New\nThe expected pay range for this role is $22 - $28 per hour.\nIndividual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions.
