This role maintains project documentation, tracks change requests, supports billing and payroll processes, and coordinates utility locates and project closeout requirements. Working closely with Project Managers, field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, the Project Coordinator provides project analysis and operational support to ensure efficient execution, compliance, accurate reporting, and timely project closeout.\nLocations: Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, and Illinois\nWe are seeking qualified professionals interested in future opportunities within our growing operations across these states. This posting is intended to establish a talent pool for anticipated project and operational needs.\nThis role will remain open, and qualified candidates may be contacted as new opportunities become available.\nWhat You'll Do Here:\nSupport Project Managers in coordinating project administration, scheduling, construction activities, and overall project execution.\nIdentify, document, and track project change requests to support scope management and project delivery.\nAnalyze project and operational data, generating reports and insights to support decision-making, client requirements, and performance tracking.\nAdminister project support functions, including billing, payroll, purchase orders, material procurement, progress reporting, and month-end financial activities.\nCoordinate utility locates and maintain area-specific training records to support workforce compliance and operational readiness.\nManage the ordering and distribution of project branding materials, including signage, apparel, vehicle decals, and customer communications materials.\nCoordinate project closeout activities, including final billing, documentation, ESRI closures, and submission of required testing and project records.\nWhat You Bring to the Team:\nRecent graduate with a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.\nExperience in the utility construction industry is considered an asset.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and MS Project.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nHighly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.\nThe expected pay range for this role is $55,000 USD - $70,000 USD per year.\nIndividual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions.
