Through reliable, high-quality execution across diverse technologies and markets, ATSI plays a critical role in keeping people and businesses connected while supporting the evolution of essential infrastructure.\nReporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing coordination and support to various aspects of operations to ensure the efficient and profitable execution of the installation of underground utility infrastructure.\nThis position can be based out of Pitt Meadows, Edmonton, or Calgary.\nWhat You'll Do Here:\nAssist in the scheduling and coordination of work crews to support operational efficiency\nPerform site reviews and inspections in preparation for installations and meet utilities and trades personnel on-site.\nSupport inventory management and control, including development and maintenance of related systems\nCoordinate and procure specialty materials and tooling to meet project needs\nLead and support maintenance of operational yard facilities\nAssist in obtaining and managing subcontractor safety and experience documentation\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including tracking inspections and reporting\nReview and track quality assurance non-conformances, ensuring follow-up actions and training are completed\nMaintain the safe and organized storage of materials and equipment in yard areas\nReceive, validate, offload, and securely store incoming materials, ensuring accurate documentation\nCollaborate with CAD Techs, Designers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution\nAnalyze and report on operational data to support efficiency and decision-making\nCoordinate delivery of urgent materials and tools to field crews as needed\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as required\nWhat You Bring to the Team:\nRecent college graduate in Civil or Construction Technology/Technician program\nExperience in the utility and/or telecommunication construction industry is an asset\nProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Project\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nSelf-motivated with strong organizational abilities\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment\nAdaptability to flexible work schedules and travel to meet deadlines\nValid driver’s license\nThe expected pay range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 per year.\nIndividual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions.
