The ONxpress Civil Joint Venture is comprised of Aecon Infrastructure Management Inc. and FCC Canada Ltd. This multidisciplinary team leads the delivery of civil and track works, leveraging global expertise to introduce innovative solutions across the GO Transit\nWhat You’ll Do Here\nDesign, implement, and enhance document control frameworks, processes, and systems to support effective project documentation management.\nOversee and mentor the document control team, ensuring high standards of accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all deliverables.\nDefine and maintain document management standards, including versioning, distribution, filing, and archival procedures.\nMaintain the quality and integrity of all project documentation, such as drawings, technical specifications, contracts, permits, and correspondence.\nWork closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to streamline document workflows and ensure prompt reviews and approvals.\nAdminister and optimize document control systems and tools to improve document tracking, accessibility, and retrieval.\nMonitor and enforce compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies governing document control.\nProvide guidance and training to project teams on document management practices and system usage.\nProduce and analyze reports on document control performance, including progress updates, key metrics, and audit outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nCompletion of a diploma in a related discipline or a combination of education, training, and experience in Document Management\nMinimum 9+ years of experience in computerized and/or manual document control management or related field, preferably in an engineering or related industry\nExperience in various electronic drawing file formats\nAdvanced proficiency with applicable software applications in related field (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Aconex & SharePoint)\nKnowledge of project documentation and engineering terminology\nStrong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nExpected compensation for this role is between $70,000.00-$85,000.00 annually. Base salaries are determined according to multiple factors including skills, experience and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into consideration.
