Aecon is focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring talented and diverse Paving Personnel for the 2025 Construction Season.\nOperate the heavy equipment in a safe manner.\nPerform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment.\nTrain new employees in the safe and efficient operation of the paver.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Bring to the Team:\n2-3 years’ experience as a heavy equipment operator\n2-3 years’ experience working on municipal and highway\nMaintains a valid Class 5 driver’s license or better.\nWilling to work overtime, as required.\nMust comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.\nIn-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.\nAbility to communicate and report effectively in a team environment.\nAecon fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging within and across our organization.
