The ONxpress Civil Joint Venture is comprised of Aecon Infrastructure Management Inc. and FCC Canada Ltd. This multidisciplinary team leads the delivery of civil and track works, leveraging global expertise to introduce innovative solutions across the GO Transit network.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead the Requirements Management, Verification & Validation (V&V), Configuration Management, and Interface Management teams to ensure effective systems integration across the project.\nOversee the management of project requirements, ensuring they are allocated, tracked, verified, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle using established processes and tools, including IBM DOORS.\nLead the Verification & Validation (V&V) process to ensure project requirements are properly demonstrated and documented throughout design, construction, testing, and commissioning.\nManage configuration changes by coordinating impact assessments, stakeholder reviews, partner alignment, and client approvals.\nLead the development, coordination, and maintenance of Interface Coordination Documents (ICDs) to manage internal and external project interfaces.\nCoordinate closely with the Safety Manager to ensure all applicable safety requirements are incorporated into project processes and deliverables.\nCollaborate with design, construction, systems, and project teams to ensure alignment across disciplines and resolve integration issues.\nLead multidisciplinary integration meetings and facilitate the resolution of cross-functional technical and project issues.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate integration risks while forecasting and tracking project scope changes.\nSupport risk transfer process during design stages\nMonitor project progress, key deliverables, and design milestones, recommending schedule adjustments where required.\nDevelop, monitor, and report on project performance metrics, providing regular status updates to project leadership and management.\nPrepare and review technical reports, purchase specifications, subcontract documentation, and business correspondence related to the integration function.\nProvide technical leadership and project management support as required.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.\nDrive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging\nWhat you bring:\nCompletion of a diploma or degree in Engineering, or a combination of education, training, and equivalent experience.\nMinimum 8-10 years of experience delivering signalling, major infrastructure or rail projects.\nMinimum 5 years of experience on signalling, transit or transportation infrastructure projects\nMinimum 5 years working in systems safety and assurance roles\nMinimum 3 years of experience leading systems integration, systems assurance, requirements management, interface management, configuration management, or a related discipline on complex infrastructure projects.\nExperience working within Design-Build, P3, or other major infrastructure delivery models is considered an asset.\nExperience using requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS is considered a strong asset.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other project management and collaboration tools.\nProficiency with ACC & Aconex is considered an asset\nStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.\nProven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence cross-functional teams across multiple stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently while coordinating the efforts of multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.\nExpected compensation for this role is between $120,000.00-150,000.00 annually. Base salaries are determined according to multiple factors including skills, experience and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into consideration.
