As a leader in providing telecommunications services, we specialize in providing installation, maintenance and emergency repair support to telecommunications companies from across the United States.\nWhat You'll Do Here:\nMust be safety conscious and able to adhere to a highly focused safety culture\nMonitor, manage, and lead all field performance requirements to meet or exceed established Installation and Service benchmarks\nParticipate in performance management reviews and provide necessary feedback to strengthen the team’s performance\nEnsure all technicians comply with uniform and safety policies\nSupport telecommunication installation activities (Vehicle Management / Inspections / Reporting)\nPresent training courses to new employees or new process updates to the team\nUpdate training material and create new process training courses when needed\nExecute quality of work inspections and coach technicians on quality installations\nServe as the primary liaison between Field Technicians, Operations Support, and end users, ensuring effective communication and seamless service delivery.\n\nConduct field visits with technicians as required\nComplete all required documentation for Safety, Quality Assurance and Vehicle Maintenance purposes\nEnsure all tools and equipment are inspected on a regular basis and are kept in good working condition \nManage and track customer complaints and resolution\nWhat You Bring to the Team:\nExcellent Customer Service skills, both internally and externally\nMust be technically inclined and have a desire to learn\nDemonstrated leadership skills\nInstallation and repair experience in fiber cable installation and excavation \nMust be willing to travel as required and provide a clear driving record on an annual basis\nSuccessfully complete a criminal background check\nThis position requires working in varying heights and spaces in accordance with state and federal guidelines\nEvening and weekend work is required\nAbility and willingness to work long hours when required.\nAble to perform in a fast-paced environment.\nOffice - sitting for periods of time and utilizing the telephone and computer.\nOn the Road - sitting in vehicle driving and completing paperwork.\nJob Site - periodically uses locate equipment (25 lbs) and 20 lbs transmitter.\nCapacity to lift and work with materials weighing up to 75 lbs\nMust be comfortable working at heights with ladders or bucket truck (training will be provided).\nPay and Benefits\nThe expected pay range for this role is $26 - $30 per hour.\nIndividual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions.
