This role is responsible for accurate and timely invoice processing, resolving payment and invoice discrepancies, and providing responsive support to internal stakeholders and vendors. The Specialist leverages knowledge of SAP MIRO and accounts payable processes to help ensure efficient, accurate, and consistent service delivery.\nWhat You'll Do Here:\nProvide support and guidance on AP processes, policies, controls, and best practices.\nProcess invoices in SAP Miro and SAP ERP accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with company policies.\nManage assigned AP mailboxes and resolve vendor and internal inquiries.\nCreate and maintain AP reports, metrics, and exception analyses.\nPerform supplier reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.\nExecute invoice uploads through Winshuttle and support AP system enhancements.\nTroubleshoot SAP AP issues\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, standardization, and documentation.\nDevelop training materials and support onboarding and training of new team members.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to resolve service issues and improve business processes.\nAct as the liaison between Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for intercompany and reciprocal accounts.\nMaintain policies, procedures, and internal controls while supporting audit requirements and compliance initiatives.\nSupport special projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned.\nFoster teamwork and collaboration within the AP team and across the organization.\nWhat You Bring to the Team:\nCollege Diploma or University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nStrong experience with SAP, including SAP FICO and SAP Miro invoice processing workflows.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.\nStrong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive process automation\nThis role follows a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration and flexibility, with an expectation of three days per week in the office. \nReason for vacancy: Replacement\nThe expected salary range for this role is $57,000-$60,000 per year\nIndividual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions.
